It could be a slight incompatability with the security type. Try calling Customer Service and speaking to Tier 3. They may be able to modify your router settings to allow a more compatable security type like WPA-PSK or WEP. Some devices are pretty finnicky (My wife's iPhone HATES anything but WEP for some reason...)
