multiple devices on an account for WiFi Hotspots

Good morning - my wife and I just purchased new iPads (air2) and I figured out how to download and install the TWC WiFi Passpoint Profile Certificate for access to the TWC WiFi hot spot network via the app (albeit at my office and NOT on the TWC wifi network itself so that is the next test to see that it actually connects). BUT....do I need to UN-REGISTER the previously registered older iPad devices because isn't there is a limit to how many devices I am allowed to have registered for this service? If so, is this something I can do myself on-line from their website?  Or should I just remove the certificates from the previous devices?

Hello!

I would go ahead and remove the profiles from the old devices.  You can also log into the Wi-Fi Finder app on the old devices and choose the option that says "Manage Devices for TWC WiFi."  From this screen you should be able to manage your current and old devices.

If you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
