You may need to log into your MyServices account and check the health of your DVR. I have seen this issue on my ownDVRs using my Android phone & my ipad. These converters/DVRs have a secondary data connection that sometime gets knocked offline. Resetting your converter/DVR usually fixes this and can help it reconnect to our network and allow you to access your DVR.
