i have contacted intelligent home and they are unable to resolve my problem. I have been unable to login as well. they continue to refer me to apple, but apple has done everything they can do and still no resolve

I had the same problem. After hours of customer support w/ both TWC and Apple, I decided to do a itunes restore. It worked!!! My app is working as normal again!

This is still a huge problem. Unable to access the home and keep getting invalid user/pass error. How can we change the settings in the App without it authenticating with the server. This is flaw in the design, please fix it ASAP.
