est bet is threaten to cancell service, A $ loss will not be tolerated!
Best bet is to delete the ap, then reinstall it.
Will aps like Isee or Asee connect to the camera's through your iport ?

using your computer on your wired local network,, go to speedtest and see what your IP address is.
I'l bet it's now different since you've got a new modem.. .
You need to put that IP addy into your devices and the port number

Ok I called TWC Intelligent Home for help:
If you have an older phone beware... I was just told from TWC you need 4.0 for this app even though its listed ok for 2.2 and up. Mine is 2.3- Downloaded it and now being told basically I'm screwed because no one can give me the older 5.1.37 APK version that worked! If you want to try it- back up your older version first- Especially if you have and older Phone. Got to love the cable companies Customer Service. (You'd think that if they are supplying home security they'd be a bit more concerned)- But Nooooo.
I will say that they confirmed I have 2 months left on my agreement and that I should call at least a week ahead to set up the appointment to pick-up my touch screen and end service.
All I want is the 5.1.37 APK Version Back on my phone at this point- If I can't get it from TWC- They can have the touch screen and IH service- Now on to exploring Verizon Internet and Dish/Direct TV deals.

I recieved an e-mail indicating that TWC will be informing Google to update the store to indicate that Android 4.0 or later is required for 6.0.27 version of this app, and are unable to provide me with the older 5.1.37 version available up to 9/3/14. BUT- will be escalating this issue to the department manager and that the intelligent home team will contact me if they are able to provide it.
So I WAIT... Time will tell..and will keep this forum updated

Recieved a call from TWC Tech today wanting to set-up an appointment to change out my Intelligent Home Router. I told him the Router is NOT the issue as everything works on Touch Screen, Web Portal and my wifes phone (Android 4.4) only problem is the app version 6.0.37 on my android 2.3 which is NOT Compatible viz crashing on my phone and as told by 2-TWC people android 4.0 is required although the requirement on Google store lists 2.2 or greater.
This is an App issue- and should be addressed by TWC app developers.
The tech said he will do some additional checking on how I can get the 5.1.37 version back (prior to the Sept 3 upgrade)
Luckily- What I did is drive over to visit a friend of mine who has Intelligent home also. Luckily He had not yet updated the app on his phone. After some arm twisting- we installed apk extractor on his phone and was able to e-mail the 5.1.37 apk to my phone.
I uninstalled the 6.0.37 crashing version from my phone. checked the setting to allow installation of non-market applications and successfully installed the old 5.1.37 version back on my phone!
And is now working as it did before....Problem solved...No thanks to TWC.
I now have the 5.1.37 apk file stored on my computer as back-up
If anyone else needs it- send me an e-mail, the only thing I request is that you send a complaint to TWC first!
(Still can't believe a simple issue like this- especially since TWC is a fault, couldn't more easily have been fixed)

Why would anyone think TWC would be able to deliver such a service? They cannot even provide simple cable TV.

Very good question! I guess I thought by subscribing to this premium service I would some way have an elevated level of service- especially since it has do do with security. TWC initially said they had specialist and a separate division to take care of issues/calls/problems/installation, etc.
NOT TRUE- you get the same run around as with any other problem- right hand has no idea what the left is doing.
If you want the insurance discount- and to be able to tell people you have a security system with some fun bells and whistles its fine. If you want a reliable system that works and has support- look elsewhere.
