where did the tags and search go? We can no longer find the previous solutions for problems or enter new ones... Robot Mad

WHERE ARE TAGS AND SEARCH ?

WE CAN NO LONGER FIND SOLUTIONS AND COMMON PROBLEMS WITHOUT TAGS AND SEARCH...WHERE ARE THEY OR IS THIS A FIREFOX UPDATE ISSUE?

I am able to see previous tags, add new tags and search a number of ways.

 

Are you able to give us a screen shot or further detail about what you are 

seeing? (In this case, not seeing)

They properly deleeted the one that they don't like. Just guessing!!

appears the whole tagging system is gone....   do you see any option to add tags?

I agree, tags have disappeared.  Also I have to sign in several times before it sticks.  I'm using FF64 52.0.1 but will switch to Edge, test again, and edit-add results.  So far several things appear to be broken in Lithium - again!

 

ADD:  Seeing exactly the same in Edge - no tags at all.  But sign-in did latch on the first attempt.

forum is slow, someone added a tag to the first  post I made...

We are not getting any other reports of a tagging issue, nor have we seen an issue with Lithium.   If there is still an issue, let us know so we can escalate to the correct support team.

All we can do is insert a spoiler tag.

 The normal tag is gone.

If you will please provide us with the browsers that appear to be affected 

and version number it would be appreciated. 

 

Are you seeing this from multiple devices/computers? 

If you will also supply us with the operating system(s) that would

be great.
