heh, I feel your pain. It's come down to only one pc for me that's still experiencing the loading circle. I'm gonna wait for the next flash player update. Hopefully it fixes it....
The problems with the https://watch.spectrum.net/guide are present only on the systems recently updated to the Creators version of Windows 10.
It fails in Explorer 11, Edge and Chrome.
Other systems not running creator are working fine.
I contacted Spectrum support and they have no information to help.
I tried clearing all the browser caches.
The problem well may be with the way Flash is implemented in the Creator update. I have several games that run from within the Facebook application that intermittently give a â€œFlash Playerâ€ needs updating. An F5 refresh clears the problem.
The Spectrum agent I worked with suggested I try Chrome. I installed it. At first try it didn't work. Then I looked up how to enable Flash (Chrome:\\settings\content). It worked fine then.
