Win 8.1 IE

Can you guys please fix the black screen in full screen mode please. It's Friday and I want to watch some movies. It's been doing this since Tues.

I apologize for the service issues. There was an issue with Spectrum App impacting all platforms.  As of this morning, the issue has been resolved.

you may need to delete and reinstall the app, or clear saved webpages and cookies for watch.spectrum.net
