Spectrum app not getting any channel below 101

I can’t get any channels below 101 or any 700 channels. I’ve tried on Roku, Samsung TV & iPhone. I have contacted Spectrum about problem but just keep getting transferred to different departments. Also had Spectrum tech come out but he couldn’t fix. He talked to Spectrum & told them it was problem with app. He said it would be fixed within 3 days. Today is 8th day & still no fix. Has anyone found solution to this problem?

I'm sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with the app.  Typically, reinstalling the app will resolve most issues.  You may need to also restart the Roku. If you are still seeing issues we will be happy to troubleshoot with you directly.

are you sure you're logged into your home connection? Is the TV connected via ethernet?

Have you reset your cable box and modem?
