Spectrum TV app won't connect to receiver

I am unable to access my guide or DVR library on the Spectrum TV app or my computer. When I click on on DVR Manager within the app, I get a message saying "DVR Management Unavailable Unable to connect to your Spectrum receiver. ICM-1021. (110)." When I click on guide, I get a message stating "Guide Unavailable The account holder has either blocked access to this feature or does not subscribe to an eligible video package. ICM-1007. (103)." It says to go to settings to select the DVR receiver but I do not have this option within my settings. Any help would be great!

reset all cable boxes and modem... something is out of sync

also, try a wired device rather than wireless....
