Spectrum TV Audio Not Synched With Video

Dear Spectrum,

 

I have had difficulty with the audio and video not synchronizing with Spectrum TV content on my Windows 8.1 laptop PC.  I have not tried my Windows 10 desktop yet.  What happens is that the video is about three seconds behind the audio when I watch a show.  Streaming content at the Spectrum TV website is jerkey and not smooth.  Video is several seconds behind audio.

 

Note that I have no other signal problems or loss of Internet Connection.  Speeds are very good at around  35-40 mps download.  Cable box behavior is fine.  Digital Phone is excellent.  (I have a legacy TWC Triple Play Package with all up-to-date equipment.)  The only problem is the video streaming content at the Spectrum TV website.

 

Any other customers having this problem? In what city and state are you located if you are having this issue?  I am in Brookfield, WI. Zip is 53045. I am curently using the latest version of Firefox.

Are you able to test the app on any mobile device like a smartphone or tablet? Also would you please try it on the other computer with windows 10 to see if it happens there? Also have you tried different browsers?

Updates on early tests:

 

Wiindows 8.1- Unwatchable due to the non-synching audio and video on Firefox (latest version).  IE 11 is even worse.  Very jittery.  I have a very cheap $300 Toshiba labtop that has always been somewhat on the slow side.

 

Windows 10- Just tried this on my desktop with Firefox.  Fast and flawless, smooth audio and video.  If I have time in the next couple of days, I will also try with IE 11 and Microsoft Edge.
