Spectrum TV Feedback,
Spectrum TV works great on my Windows 10 desktop. However, on my Windows 8,1 laptop, sound often drops out and buffering is common. Spoken dialog will often be about 1-2 seconds behind what is being shown in the show or movie. The laptop is a Toshiba, but has only 4GB of RAM The Windows 10PC has 8GB of RAM, and it is a night and day difference. The Windows 8.1 buffering is the same on any browser that I use.
Is Spectrum still using Flash for this site content? A switch to HTML 5 might provide a smoother streaming experience in this regard. What kind of issues have other customers had in this regard? I also have Wireless Internet. I can browse other sites such as You Tube, on my Windows 8.1 laptop, and using HTML 5 with no problems.
