What can be done to solve the problem?

We pay way too much a month to keep having this problem. It's been an issue for over a month now. I will be canceling tomorrow.
I'm sorry they don't understand the part about we pay them for the service and they provide it.
When they don't provide they just keep our money.
Makes the books look good you know.

I agree. It worked much better when it was Time Warner Cable. I'm just SMH.

Im on a Lenova Yoga. Seems as if it has been down for quite sometime now. THere has been no response from Spectrum? Dish worked great and never had any issues when they were my provider.
