I have been trying to log in to the app on my laptop, phone and tablet since last Thursday. I've contacted Spectrum and spoke to a rep. I have uninstalled, reinstalled and still cannot log in.
I'm in Austin, TX. For the past 3-4 weeks watching Spectrum TV as a pre TIme Warner customer has not worked for channels 1-100. This issue is experienced on my Android app, Roku, and through various browsers. In addition then logging into my account through a brownser the "Watch TV" link now sends me to an old Time Warner URL that is now unsecure and does not work.
All Spectrum will do is to continue to issue credits with no ETA on a fix.
