Spectrum live is working again for me (north of Albany NY).
The next time it stops working I'm going to call Spectrum and ask who delivers the best TV service. I'm almost sure the representative will say "Spectrum is the best". At that point I will say something like "I have Spectrum and your on-line live TV service stops working for several hours at least once every month. I need a better TV provider and I thought you might know who to call". If they start to sell me something (anything), I'll just tell the rep, "No thanks. I'm going to call other providers and I'll probably check with a few of my friends. Good bye", and then immediately hang up. Next, I will contact other providers. I've had Spectrum (or their predecessor) at the same residence since about 1975.
I'm very glad I do not have a bundled service. I hate that concept. If one service has a problem (billing or otherwise), you're "up the creek without a paddle".
