I'm just now discovering this problem. I spent a few minutes using the My TWC app chat feature, and their suggestion of uninstalling and reinstalling the app did not get it to work. Also having trouble with iPhone and iPad apps.

@shanstu70  Because this was a known issue and was occurring last month
