For some reason, Spectrum On Demand won't list all the available episodes of a show when you watch it on TV. I have to go online or through the app to find the missing episode and then choose "Watch on TV." Alas, this fix has suddenly stopped working. When I choose "Watch on TV" I get an error message: "Channel Unavailable. We're sorry, we were unable to play this recording on your TV. Please try again later. ICM-1601."
I've rebooted the box, deleted the app, reinstalled it and signed back in but nothing is working. I'd appreciate any advice, thank you!
