For some reason, they won't supply the answer here. They want you to call, press a whole bunch of buttons before you're put on hold for an hour, get disconnected, call back, wait on hold for aother hour, talk to someone who has no clue, who passes you on to someone else who has no clue, who disconnects you and you have to start all over again, wait on hold for yet another hour, talk to someone who has no clue, who passes you on to someone else who has no clue, who passes you on to the top level of tech support who, you guessed it, has no clue. This company is even worse than the universally reviled C*mcast.

Three hours today on the phone today with your customer service. Transfered from department to department only to end up with the head of tech support who says "Idunno."
