It sucks! Ever since the update, the playback has been HORRIBLE! But you can play it on the mobile device but not on your tv?! Wack!

Copy and paste the modems signal level and error log pages and the speed you're paying for vs actually getting. need to see if that's acceptable first.
Connection issues should not be confused with whoever bought the system or if there are now changes causing the breakup/ lag.
Around Nov 5th TWC/ spectrum, cut back on bandwidth forconnection to all out of TWC service providers. This has resulted in a serious delay for the in RR network TWC& Spectrum servers.
