Unable to schedule recording ICM 1502

For months I have not been able to schedule any “series”. Only single episodes and even then many times I can not  schedule individual episodes and receive a generic unable to record popo up.

I have rebooted my box, internet, removed my app and reinstalled.  Ever since the app changed to spectrum there are bugs for watching shows and recording on dvr
