The guide is blank, does not bring up the tv line up. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, signed out and signed back in.
When I open the app and go to the guide nothing comes up.
Everything else seems to work fine. Just the guide doesn't load.

First step in resolving this would be to do a reset of your equipment.
Please unplug the power to your modem, your router (if you are using one) and to
your DVR or Set Top Box. Please plug in the power to the cable box and the modem.
Once those have rebooted go ahead and plug in the power to your router.

I find that I almost always have to fully power down the iPad and restart it before the app will work. Really annoying.
