Running iOS 10.0.2. When I bring it up I get "Initializing" for a split second, the it goes to "Loading..." with the circular wait indicator above it and it sits there forever and ever. I can see the menu at the bottom, but it is ghosted because of the loading indicator.
Is the streaming TWC TV service actually down at the moment? I've tried all the usual suspects... uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting, etc. but nothing makes any difference.
Any help would be appreciated.

Tried it on an older iPad running 9.3.5 and got the exact same results. Looks like the service is down to me. Is that so?

Our apologies for the frustrating this is causing, we have been made aware that there is an issue currently affecting only Apple devices. Our specialists are looking into this now.
We will have this problem resolved as quickly as we are able.

It is not only Apple devices having the problem. My laptop is having the same problem trying to watch on line viewing.

I tried an older iOS 8.3 and same issue occurred. Has been occurring for about 48 hours. Glad to know it's a known issue.
