TWC TV app not working at all on my iPad

For the last couple of weeks the TWC TV app does not work at all on my iPad.  I get an error message that instructs me to "call customer care if the problem persists".  Is anyone else having this issue?

I apologize for the issue with your services.  Deleting and reinstalling the app will often resolve any error issue.  As well, please ensure the iPad is updated with the most recent iOS version.  Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue.

I already tried deleting and reinstalling the app before I posted on this forum, so I know that didn't work.  I did determine that the app works when I'm away from home, and my iPad software is up to date.

For the benefit of others who read these posts, rebooting my modem as suggested by Melissa, a TWC Community Forum Moderator, corrected the issue of the TWC TV app not working on my iPad.  Thanks Melissa!
