Per technical support, there is a known issue they are tracking with this error coming up on all platforms. They're working on a resolution, but at this time their main effort is in getting the new Spectrum app completed and deployed since the plan is to use that app instead.
I've had some luck in closing and reopening the app a few times in rapid succession - it's no guarantee, but it's worked for my SmartPhone and the website.
