For the last several weeks the TWC App on my iPad is not working. I have deleted and downloaded the App hoping this wold help but I keep receiving the following message "We apologize, but we are unable to fulfill your request at this time. Please try again later. If problem persists, please contact customer care."
I did read all the posts and did not see MY problem addressed on any of them. That's why I posted the question but thanks for the advice. Please let me know what post you saw that addresses my specific problem and I will definetly read it.
