Ever since Spectrum app changed from TWC app, my DVR has been unreilable in scheduling shows to record. My DVR shows its recording but nothing is there when I try to playback. This problem is intermittent. I have space on the DVR; about 50% open. I'm starting to not trust the app/DVR to do what is programmed. Maybe I should try Direct TV?
We apologize for any poor experience. Restarting the DVR / Set top box and deleting and reinstalling the app will usually resolve most issues.
