Spectrum TV App (IOS) Audio Cuts In and Out

Whenever I access the Spectrum TV app on my iPhone 6, the audio sporadically cuts out about every 10 seconds for about 1 or 2 seconds.  Our TV and internet access is fine.  This just started a few weeks ago without any obvious changes to our router or phone software.  The problem is very consistent, it happens whenever the app is used.  I called Spectrum Tech Support, and was told to delete the app, reboot the phone, and reinstall the app.  This did not correct the problem.  Any suggestions?

I apologize for the frustration.  Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting the modem?

I have the same issues but over the xbox one app... It seems to happen very often and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried resettingg modem, and I've tried wired and wireless... My girlfriend pays the cable and internet bill and she gets very frustrated and impatient when the tv audio is cutting out and it's become quite the annoyance.
