Whenever I access the Spectrum TV app on my iPhone 6, the audio sporadically cuts out about every 10 seconds for about 1 or 2 seconds. Our TV and internet access is fine. This just started a few weeks ago without any obvious changes to our router or phone software. The problem is very consistent, it happens whenever the app is used. I called Spectrum Tech Support, and was told to delete the app, reboot the phone, and reinstall the app. This did not correct the problem. Any suggestions?
I apologize for the frustration. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app, as well as restarting the modem?
