The Spectrum TV App on our Ipad no longer works. Each time I try to use it I get a dark screen with the spinning, loading icon with a "Starting the app..." message. Then nothing happens and then I get a "We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again later" message. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app as well as restarting the iPad several times to no avail. How can this be fixed? Thanks for any help!

reset the modem and cable box and login to watchspectrum.net, not twctv
You may also need to turn off the ap, turn off the wifi connection, reset the wireless router/modem, wait 5 minutes, restart the ap and wireless connection.
