Ipad app not working

Spectrum’s app isn’t working at all.  All options bring up error messages (guide, live TV, on demand). Errors vary and include IUC-9000,  IML-1002, ICM-1007.

 

Any suggestions?

I get the same thing on my Roku TV streamer as well as my iPad. The roku keeps defaulting back to the login then fails and tries again. The iPad just gives me errors. Seems like their streaming service is failing today. All my other channels work on the Roku, just the Spectrum TV streamer fails.

Yep, my Android, Roku, iPad... same error message on every device for spectrum TV. Not happy.

Appears that all online tv is down. Not working here for at least an hour. I had TWC, then Spectrum bought them. New name, same sucky service and customer (no) care.

Contacted support via Twitter about hour ago. Working on. Same issues on 12/24. Use app for most tv watching, Roku or iOS. Frustrating even when up some pieces may be down, ie guide, DVR manager, etc.

As finished reply app came back up. DVR Manager still not up.

Everything on app is still down for me.

Yup back down. I guess one way to drive equipment rentals.

Roku app for Spectrum out again

roku app not working. not the first time either

I had that error message, so I tried restarting my iPad. Now I have a new error message: IGE-9000.

 

Anyone have any idea what to do?
