ICM-1475 errors with latest ios app

The spectrum guide happens to work on ios app. But when I schedule a recording I get ICM-1475 response error.

I tried to use the ios app to schedule a recording because the guide on the cable tuner had not work for the last four days.

So many problems since the take over.

@BobN15   The App is tied to the DVR. If the DVR guide is not working you would not be able to schedule recordings from the App. My first suggestion would be to unplug the DVR for a minute or so and then plug it back in for a reboot. If your guide on the DVR still does not load we would want to troubleshoot that prior to troubleshooting the App.
