Same here. Spectrum app suddenly not recognizing home network while on my iPad despite working well previously. Also, tried to watch Spectrum TV on desktop and get the same message! Spectrum app on my Droid gives the same 'not on home network' message.

Rebooted both cable boxes, removed and reinstalled app, rebooted router/modem and wireless access modem...no luck.

Same for me as well on my desktop PC.  I've logged out of, and into the site, rebooted the TV, modem and router.  No fix.

 

Guess we need to wait for Spectrum to get it resolved.

Call Spectrum and request your service credit for each day the App is broken. You're entitled to the credit, and it's extra motivation for Spectrum to fix the App ASAP.

This is a known issue with the Spectrum TV application. Our apologies for the frustration with that. We will have service restored as quickly as possible.

As was posted yesterday Spectrum TV September 2017 Known issue

 

Our apologies for the trouble with Spectrum TV. We are working to resolve an issue with the Spectrum TV application on all platforms. 

 

We will have the service issue resolved as quickly as possible.

Me neither for the last 48 hours. Spectrums "APP" most have been hacked!

No reponse from Spectrum on resolution - and this service is definitely not free
