App not recognizing home network

Spectrum app suddenly not recognizing home network while on my iPad despite working well previously. Also, tried to watch Spectrum TV on desktop and get the same message! Spectrum app on my Droid gives the same 'not on home network' message.

Rebooted both cable boxes, removed and reinstalled app, rebooted router/modem, renewed lease, etc. and wireless access modem...no luck.

Not recognizing home network.

The TV app is not recognizing that I'm on my home wifi network. Never been a problem before. I've tried renewing lease of wifi connection and reset the modem but it still refuses to recognize that I'm on my home network. I ideas?

Same here. Someone in customer support said it was a regional issue. What a load.

Customer service center said they are aware of an issue with the tv app
