Rookie

App not loading

Keeps giving this error for last few days. "we're sorry something didn't work quite right" it works on PC watch.spectrum.net but not in app on any device. Any suggestions?

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Yes, I have tried reinstalling the app.

One thing I noticed is it works when I am not connected to home TWC wifi. But I need it to work on wifi.

Sounds like it may be an issue with the wifi itself and  not the app.  Here is a link to Internet Troubleshooting.  You may wan to start with restarting the modem.   If that does not work, let us know.
