error code RLI-1010 when connecting with roku

I'm trying to watch spectrum through my roku and was able to do so up to a week ago, but now I can't - and I'm getting the code RLI-1010

Good morning.

 

What troubleshooting steps have you taken thus far?

 

First thing I would suggest you do

1. Remove the channel from the Roku

2. Powercycle the cable modem /router and cable box (if you are not stream only)

3. Restart the Roku through the settings menu

4. Readd the channel
