There is a known issue with the Roku app.  Have you also tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Have deleted, reinstalled, done hard reset and channels still not showing up. When will spectrum have this fixed

I am having the same issue and I also uninstalled and reinstalled. Very annoying. When will the issue be corrected?

I have the same issue and tried uninstall, and then hard reset and sti no resolution. Issue not solved. Lowest channel is 100.

I had the same issue. On the Roku app on multiple Rokus in the house, and also on the Spectrum iPhone app, which I only downloaded to test this. But sometime in the last 2 hours it started working again and my channels are back.

Reset, Deleted app, Reinstalled, updated roku, still not working for me

I am having the same issue. Just started a few days ago. Starter TV. no digital box.

Same issue. No local or network channels below 101. Tech support told me Spectrum is in contact with Roku directly and are working on a solution.
I will post here if I get an actual fix.

Rebooted (power off  for 30" then on) my TW modem and got all my channels back!
