There is a known issue with the Roku app. Have you also tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

I had the same issue. On the Roku app on multiple Rokus in the house, and also on the Spectrum iPhone app, which I only downloaded to test this. But sometime in the last 2 hours it started working again and my channels are back.
