Unable to Use TWC Roku Channel APP!!

Everytime I sign in and I verified that I typed in my name and password correctly. After I enter in my password, I get an error message and it takes me back to the login page.

 

Message said: "Feature Unavailable" To watch live TV, you must be connected to your home network.

 

 

Well, I am connected to my home network, I checked. I reset my internet and my wireless router and reset my roku box but I keep getting this error. 

 

Anyone else having this problem?

What worked for me was to go into the Roku settings and then network settings. There should be an option to update your connection. Once it's finished go ahead and try the TWC app, you may have to sign in. Hope that helps.

I've had the same issue... reason #6848 I'll be cancelling cable at the end of the month.
