Spectrum for Roku going through the endless password loop thing again

I was kicked out of my Spectrum app on Roku a couple of hours ago.  Since then it's been doing the endless login loop. This is happening on multiple TVs

 

I've rebooted Roku, rebooted my cable router and still the same thing.

 

What's going on Spectrum and when will the app be back up?

ERROR CODES RLI-1010 and  RLP-1001  ENDLESS PASSWORD LOOP !

 

Been online with Spectrum help folks for 2 hours all 3 of our Roku TV'S will NO LONGER WORK WITH THE  SPECTRUM APP. Works on our PC'S and laptops they are looking into it . I'm NOT HAPPY WITH  streaming SPECTRUM on my TV's ! Had the service for 2 weeks so far mostly a lot of down time.  They don't get right overnight we going back to DIRECTNOW TV !    I'm in southearsten NC  near Wilmington  VERY POOR SERVICE !

The error I get is RGE-1001

Good morning.

 

I do see noted that some login errors were seen during prime time the last 

several days. 

 

I would encourage you to contact our Social Media Customer Care team

for support if troubleshooting steps have been taken. 

 

  1.  Please remove the Spectrum TV channel
  2. Please reboot the Roku via the settings menu
  3. Please check to ensure that the Roku firmware is up to date
  4. Please then reinstall the Spectrum TV channel and give that a try.
