I watch via the spectrum app on my smart TV. I constantly receive errors. I have restarted my internet equipment and it still happens. Spectrum really needs to do something about this! I get errors several times a day. #disappointedandfrustrated
1. What errors do you get? 2. I’d call customer support when you get them. The only way they can get outages declared and resolved is by having the issue reported by enough people to see a trend in errors 3. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? 4. Is it happening on all your devices or only the smart tv? Like can you watch the app without errors on a phone iPad or computer streaming?
