The spectrum App is not working on ANY of my devices: Roku or Ipad or phone. I can log in to my account. Account is paid. No adjustments to account. I get an error message that says I have to have a Spectrum Modem which I do. Everytime there is an update to the App this happens. Chatted with tech support they resent the signal to my modem but no such luck . Anyone else having an issue? I for one get very frustrated with having to wait for someone to fix the app after I have reported it or others have. Fix it before your roll it out.
Yup, me too. Had a long exchange on Twitter with “support” who were clueless, even after sending screen shots saying “service unavailable” doesn’t work on Roku, iOS or on the web.
Mine stopped working on 12/28, tried uninstalling on my iPad, no joy. Today for some reason decided to reboot my modem and that did the trick. Spectrum says it doesn’t work, they have a ticket open, but never suggested this simple fix. I can’t believe this worked. Now all of my devices work, iOS, Android, and Roku.
UPDATE: This didn't work, it must have been a coincedence since it is out again on 1/19 and rebooting the modem did nothing. ARGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
so what has they got to do with it?Also, I cannot get any ty listings anymore from the top of the e mail message listings-it used to work up until about the time you are talking about. It says no tv listings available for whatever date I pick???
