Spectrum App

My spectrum app was not working for 3days,is there any compensation for this? I have Roku 3 system and usually I can reset my modem, Roku device and all is good. This time nothing works and unable to contact anyone!

You're unable to contact anyone? Have you called customer service?

 

Are you saying the app normally works and now in the last 3 days it's been acting up?
