What caused these TWCTV/Sectrum TV outages on all platforms?

 

Has the issue been completely fixed?

The cause of the issue is still being investigated.  As stated, the issue has been closed as resolved this morning.  Any current issues that users expereince would require individual troubleshooting.

We are aware of an issue impacting the Spectrum TV App.

The issue has resurfaced, technicians are aware and working diligently to restore services.

The TWC App was a litle clinky but at least it normally worked. Spectrum App seems to be down as much as it is up. Cannot connect on any device and all support could offer was "we are working to resolve the issue. There is no estimate on when it will be resolved".
