I contacted Spectrum and was told they have a problem with the Spectrum app and have technicians working on a fix now. No idea how long that will take.
this is an ongoing issue. I was promised I could stream Spectrum via my Roku device, and thats the only reason i chose Spectrum over Fios. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, along with re-starting the Roku. nothing works, the app is faulted. the service cuts out every 5-7 minutes like others have said. Everything else on the Roku streams perfectly (netflix, amazon, etc.). I'll be cancelling Spectrum and returning all equipment this week, if there is no concrete solution here. All the customer service people say to do is check your internet and reinstall the app / re start roku. it doesnt work.
