Yes, I am saying that in order to view a pay cable network you would have to subscribe to the package that offers that network. If the individual apps for those networks allowed you access to their own programming without being a subscriber, that is on them, not Spectrum.

I am too... I have reset mine twice. I love those channels so much.

My Roku is telling me right now that I do not receive Fox Sports South on channel 50 in my cable subscription. However I have a spectrum cable box downstairs that is watching the NC State Pittsburgh game on channel 50 as I type. I absolutely have it in my subscription

If you are missing channels you believe you should have access to and you have done 

basic troubleshooting we would encourage you to contact us directly for support.
