The Roku app has not worked for me for a few days this week, I have reinstalled the app, rebooted the roku, updated its software, all to no avail. Other Roku channels are fine, and other internet devices are fine on the network.
Is anyone else seeing RLP-1001 when they try to view a channel?
We aren't getting codes, but we can see and use the guide, but only see a black screen. There's no video.

If you look back at the previous two posts in this forum, they both talk about similar problems starting on 12/12. However, posting in the forums isn't the same as using web chat or calling in to the help desk to get a ticket opened.
