RGE-1001

Been having trouble with the buffering on the Spectrum app for Roku. Now all I get is this error message. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling, but had no effect

Same here. Has been like this for about 20 minutes no idea why, all other apps on Roku are working.

getting ready to dump this service. had Youtube TV for 6 months no outages. Have been on this for 6 weeks with 7 outages most lasting hours one lasting 2 days. pricing doesn't matter when service is this poor.

Today we were experiencing issues with the Spectrum TV application on multiple platforms. That issue seems to have been resolved. Are you at this time able to use Spectrum TV?

We are experiencing issues as well. Has been out all day and was wondering if this has been resolved

The Spectrum TV app is unreliable. We get service unavailable Rge-1001 every day - serms to be primarily in evenings. Worse device is the Insignia smart tv with built in Roku. Needs immediate attebtion

I have been having this issue for about 3 hours. I have deleted the app and readded it. I have checked to make sure the ROKU firmware is up to date and I have checked to see if other things on roku are working and they are.... I've read other places that this issue has been reported since at least last August... It seems like there would be a fix by now....
