Errors with Ethernet Switch

My router is on one side of the house with a tv with an Roku ethernet device and 3 tv's are on the other side of the house so I can connect Roku devices.  I purchased a Ethernet switch and every time I attach the Switch the Spectrum App goes to heck.  Some errors  RLP-1035, RGE-1001, RUC-1000, RLP1025, RCH-1000

 

The 3 tv's are NOT connected to the switch.  Why is the switch interferring with the App?

Are the other Rokus connecting via ehternet or wireless?


Are you renting a modem/router from Spectrum and paying them the Home WiFi fee?

 

Do the other three Rokus run their other apps / channels without issues?

How and where is the switch connected in relation to the modem and router? Make sure the switch should is connected after the router.
