@Krystina216 We are having an issue with the Application, that has been reported, that is being worked on.
If you are having problems with your overall connectivity I would suggest starting a thread in our Internet boards under connectivity.
If you will review DATA-TO-POST-TO-GET-HELP-FROM-THE-COMMUNITY your peers
can help diagnose the issue.

This is awful support.
This issue has been going on for months, apparently. I contacted Spectrum support via Twitter and they freely acknowledged that this is a known issue, and engineering is "working towards a resolution."
Roku should yank this app from their channel store as it could give a bad impression of the Roku system. ALL other streaming apps work great on Roku.
It would be really nice if the support here could provide a definitive answer as to when this bug will be corrected. a week? A month? By the end of 2017?
In Green Bay as well. It is still happening, almost 2018! Just got roku tv and now this. Also, keeps "loading...." the channel, as it freezes up constantly. Time to go to Dish and ATT.
Same thing on 12/30/17. Spectrum is so unreliable. In addition to ROKU, iPad app is down also. I’m sure they would like to blame this on ROKU but seems to be further reaching. Looking for a more reliable source for our entertainment.. In marketing terms....Spectrum Bad!
