Same in Cleveland, Ohio. I'm pretty sure, not 100%, that the Spectrum app is basically a "beta" version. In my opinion, they needed to bait all the people that lost their illegal aka free cable with a cheap package. I don't think they were prepaired for the fluctuating customer accounts.
My son is a gamer and has done nothing but complained about the internet service since Spectrum "upgraded" our modem. I agree.
I'm losing my patience with this company.

@Krystina216  We are having an issue with the Application, that has been reported, that is being worked on. 

 

If you are having problems with your overall connectivity I would suggest starting a thread in our Internet boards under connectivity. 

 

If you will review DATA-TO-POST-TO-GET-HELP-FROM-THE-COMMUNITY  your peers

can help diagnose the issue.

Same here!! Since the outage last week it has been so bad we subscribed to hulu to watch shows because most of the things we watched was throwing up error rvs-1003

Any solutions to this issue ? I'm still having RLP-1001 for the last few days.
