I have a galaxy note tablet and the TWC app frequently says service not available and now wants me to sign back in with user name and password, except it will not accept password. Tells me to try again later !!!! We also have an apple divice which works all the time with out issue.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE?????

If you read recent forum posts, you will see that this is a huge issue for a lot, but not all, TWCTV app users.
I have yet to have a TWCTV app outage on my 5 Rokus, but I feel like it's only a matter of time, and I hate the uncertainty!

It SEEMS like there is not, because it SEEMS like it is in the back end system of certain geographic areas or maybe certain accounts. But that's just speculation on my part. All I know for sure is that it is making a LOT of customers upset with TWC/Spectrum!
