Spectrum TV app problems

all of the local channels are stalling after less than a minute watching, sound is there, picture gets all blurry and stalls, any other channels are streaming fine. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it,  re-boted the set-top box and the modem, it is still the same, picture stalls in less than a minute, sound is fine. I am using a android tablet, have updated the browser and the tv app, even other tv streaming apps are fine. How can I fix this annoying problem?

What looks ugly is that Spectrum is now using Hurricane Electric as a transport provider rather than their old RoadRunner connections to the video streaming server.

If you have rebooted everything and are still experiencing the issue it is more 

than likely a connectivity issue. 

 

What speeds are you seeing? Are you experiencing this issue with a computer or 

device directly connected to the modem?
