Spectrum TV - Worked fine, now getting "we're sorry, we're unable to play channel" error message

Loved watching TV on the app.  Tried today and I get the "we're sorry, we're unable to play channel" X message for every station.

 

Any idea how to fix this?!

looks like a major capacity issue somewhere.... Mine is not watchable, constant 3-10 second freezes..... Unknown if it has to do with the latest firefox update... unknown why it's a secure https either...

Hope they get an alternative to flash player soon....

I apologize for the service issues.  Usually an error message indicates that the network is not being recognized.   Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting the modem?

I tried this fix- didn't work. I have been unable to use the App on iphone and ipad for almost 2 hours now

Read the previous messages "watch.spectrum.net" is down nationwide for all platforms including smart tv's , Roku and PC viewers, it's being blamed on Level 3 communications, but my tracing indicates that it never uses level 3 for backbone traffic.

There is an network issue impacting the Spectrum app on multiple platforms.  We are working to resolve the issue.  Unfortunately, there is not an ETA.  We appreciate your patience.

I am getting this error when playing a station in the Spectrum TV app but only on my Android phone it works fine on my iPad.
